SCS provides assistance to entrepreneurs in the process of debt restructuring.

In the event of situations of temporary liquidity crisis, which require a review of the terms of existing indebtedness of a fiscal and/or banking nature or, possibly, supply, we act as a financial advisor assisting the entrepreneur in all stages of the debt restructuring process whether it takes place in bonis or under, among others, Articles 12, 56, 57, 63 of CCII, as well as in the context of composition with creditors or in liquidation proceedings.

SCS provides assistance to Italian and foreign companies and private equity funds in negotiating, structuring, and executing acquisitions and divestitures of companies and/or corporate interests and extraordinary finance transactions.

 

In M&A transactions, support is provided in all phases of negotiations until contractual agreements are reached and the transaction is closed.

 

SCS provides assistance in the search for opportunities for investment or divestiture of equity, majority and minority interests, as well as in the subsequent management and negotiation phase of the transactions.

SCS provides assistance on acquisition, growth, and asset-based financing, as well as refinancings and recapitalizations.

 

SCS supports clients in finding sources of capital not only from traditional commercial banks, but also alternative lenders such as credit funds, hedge funds, and private debt capital.
